2. JOB PURPOSE

Architects and deliver SAP solutions, specifically SAP system Integrations. Oversee systems integrations development, ensuring they align seamlessly with business requirements. Plays a crucial role in interpreting and integrating various purposes within the organization's technology landscape.

 

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Possess deep expertise in Systems Integrations using SAP Process orchestration (PO) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Middlewares. Help the SAP PO team elevate their SAP knowledge and experience. Manage the SAP PO modules and advise on best practice business processes in line with the system capabilities and complex system changes. Manage the SAP PO technical development, Overseeing SAP functionalities through the implementation of complex end-to-end solutions, enhancements, and ongoing support for business stakeholders. Manage and deliver SAP blueprint sessions, requirements gathering, configuration and develop technical specifications. Manage the delivery of end-user trainings, including the creation of documentation and user manuals. Manage the efforts with SAP functional teams when required and ensure the proper business and functional requirements are met. Demonstrate expertise in working within cross-functional and technical teams. Managing end-to-end integration processes between different systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication. Monitoring interfaces and integration processes to identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy and reliability. Ensuring integration processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

 

 

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred:   Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, or related fields 

EXPERIENCE

Minimum:  

4+ years of experience in the field of SAP integration and related technologies.. 4 years of experience in SAP PO development, integration, and management. Solid experience in SAP PO is a must. Experience in SAP CPI is preferable. Experience in SAP ABAP integration interfaces techniques and methodologies. Preferred: Familiarity with SOLMAN mainly ChaRm is a plus. Teams and Projects Management experience.

SKILLS

Deep understanding of the SAP Technical domains (System integrations) as well as working understanding of business requirements Must have the ability to work independently and exhibit a strong sense of urgency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer focus skills Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to effectively communicate, analyse, and problem solve. Knowledge of Pharma industry’s GXP environment, policies and procedures.
