The Specialist, Market and Competitive Intelligence will lead our market intelligence, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence programs.
The Specialist, Market and Competitive Intelligence will be responsible for directing and executing strategies/strategies that will regularly gather, analyze, and disseminate market and competitive intelligence. The objectives of these programs will be to understand market dynamics, monitor industry trends, support strategic planning, and foster solution innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop programs that monitor, analyze, and report out on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies.Own and lead the competitive intelligence function, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of competitive data.Ensure awareness, alignment, and integration of market intelligence insights into growth initiatives.Regularly present findings and insights to business leaders and other key stakeholders.Develop and maintain competitive intelligence assets.Additional duties as assigned.Skills and/or Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.8+ years of experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence or a related role.Polished analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly interpret complex, large datasets and provide actionable insights.Demonstrable track record of managing multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously and holding cross-functional team members accountable to deliverables and deadlines.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with demonstrated proactive approach of identifying and addressing business challenges and opportunities.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Power BI and reporting tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and market research platforms.Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.Fluent in English and languages relevant to the working market.
