JR71825 Specialist, OMT Technical Leadership Program

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Define, optimize, and document business processes related to talent development.   Ensure efficient and flawless execution of technical leadership programs.  Manage the process to advance OMT technical team member’s career path.Optimize learning program, especially related to foreign team members, and ensure efficient and flawless execution.Strategically plan and manage budgets to align with Micron’s financial goals and objectives.Collaborate with business partners to adhere to program timelines and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to foster inclusive and collaborative environments that drive workforce excellence.Plan and complete events related to TLP, ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in project management, demonstrated capability to manage collaborators.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build positive and inclusive relationships.Critical thinking and the ability to implement initiatives that drive business success.Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Good mandarin is strongly preferred.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably within a technical or engineering context.
