The Sr. Specialist, Organizational Excellence supports activities related to communications, change management, branding, marketing, and design.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s in an appropriate field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus) or related medical/scientific field is required.Experience and Skills:Required:
A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.This position requires a broad understanding and knowledge of Quality and Compliance functions and work practices.Strong design abilities and understanding of design principlesExperience with design tools and multimedia software.Demonstrated ability to build graphics and images that increase brand awareness and conversion rates.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple change initiatives and meet deadlines.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities, with the dedication to convey sophisticated concepts clearly and effectively.Proficient in utilizing various communication channels and tools, including social media platforms, content management systems, and media monitoring tools.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Analytical attitude, with the ability to assess the impact of change and develop appropriate strategies. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
