Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with partners, including external clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure that contractual assets are fulfilled, such as in-park exposure, hospitality and other key deliverablesPlan and execute events and promotions for partners, such as clinics, hospitality events, and corporate meetingsTrack all elements and workflow for each partnership in the sponsorship management platformAnalyze the performance of partnership campaigns to produce reporting and proof-of-performance Create recap presentations for partners to demonstrate fulfillment and showcase ROICollaborate with various corporate functions and the local park teams to fulfill partnership assetsOrganize and maintain partner email lists and communication
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or relatedInstructional Design or comparable certification (such as ID Cert with ATD) 2-4years of expereince in similar fieldPreferred, Ability to effectively communicate with partners and manage multiple projects at one time.
This job will assist in the delivery of all partnership assets and activations. Additionally, this position will generate reporting, analytics, and proof of performance required for post-season recaps and renewal efforts. .
Executing well and exceeding expectations of our partners is key to renewals and to achieving the Strategic Alliances growth targets for the new combined company. This role allows us to dedicate focus to the partnership activation area and eliminates our current multi-hat approach.
