Specialist, Precruise Rev QA

Position overview:

Assist in Flash Sale process by completing morning pricing QA in our website before sale launch. Complete different QA support as required (not limited to web applications). Communicate incidents and solutions, accurately, clearly, and effectively in writing, in person, and on the phone across interdisciplinary teams.  Triage and fast analysis of incidents/problems, find ad-hoc solutions/workarounds. Perform other duties as required, this job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.  Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

As for skills the candidate should have:

Excellent QA skills. Detailed oriented. Strong critical thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Excel knowledge. Experience of Software support and global website applications. Flexible working hours.
