Position overview:

Assist in Flash Sale process by completing morning pricing QA in our website before sale launch. Complete different QA support as required (not limited to web applications). Communicate incidents and solutions, accurately, clearly, and effectively in writing, in person, and on the phone across interdisciplinary teams.  Triage and fast analysis of incidents/problems, find ad-hoc solutions/workarounds.
