We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist, Product Management to join our Central Europe (CE) division. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tProduct Strategy Development:
Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop and implement
product strategies aligned with market needs and business objectives.
•\tMarket Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs,
competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use insights to make data-
driven decisions.
•\tCustomer Focus:
Serve as a key point of contact for customer feedback and inquiries,
ensuring that customer needs are prioritized in product planning.
•\tDocumentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate product documentation, create detailed reports, and
provide regular updates to stakeholders.
•\tProduct Training:
Develop and deliver product-related training and materials to internal teams
and external partners.
•\tCompliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all products meet regional regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
•\tEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s
degree preferred).
•\tExperience:
o\tExperience in product management or a related role.
o\tExperience in the Central European market is a plus.
•\tSkills:
o\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o\tExcellent verbal and written communication in English (knowledge of
additional CE languages is a plus).
o\tProficiency in project management tools and software.
o\tAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
o\tStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
