Specialist, Programmatic Marketing

The Specialist, Programmatic Marketing will be responsible for executing and optimizing video and display ad campaigns across platforms such as YouTube and programmatic buying networks. This role will focus on maximizing engagement and performance through data-driven analysis and creative optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience with video/display advertising across the customer funnel, leveraging technical skills and analytics to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

● Video/Display Campaign Management:

Manage and optimize video/display campaigns across YouTube, Google Display Network, and programmatic platforms.

Monitor ad performance across the customer funnel, ensuring ads are effectively driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversions.

Use programmatic buying tools to optimize ad placements and targeting.

● Technical Optimization & Data Analysis:

Perform in-depth analysis of campaign data using SQL, Google Analytics, and other tools to refine targeting and bidding strategies.

Develop automated reporting systems to track campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Work closely with the Manager and other stakeholders to align video/display strategies with business goals.

● Creative Collaboration & Testing:

Collaborate with the creative team to test new video and display ad formats, optimizing for engagement and performance.

Continuously test and iterate on creative messaging, formats, and targeting approaches.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience managing video/display campaigns on YouTube and programmatic buying platforms.

● Strong technical skills in campaign management, data analysis (SQL, Excel), and familiarity with Google Analytics.

● Proven experience in optimizing campaigns across the customer funnel and programmatic buying.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and trends.

**Preference is for this position to be hybrid out of our Lincolnshire, IL offices. Remote candidates will be considered and occasional travel to our Lincolnshire, IL offices may be required.**

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$64,575.00-$96,862.50 Annual
