Position Summary:
Service on board retail Hand Held Devices (HHD’s) and related supplies and equipment on board each aircraftFollow and adjust daily work assignment in response to changes in requirements.Self-Manage and complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.Complete work assignment for asset tracking, repairs follow up.Update the Asset tracking system and document all issues according to protocolPrepare equipment / supplies for next shift operation.Coordinate service efforts with Gate Gourmet and Customers via phone, email, and/or in personAssist with repairs processing, supplies ordering, device testing.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
