We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and exceptional experience throughout their journey with our direct sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch sales support, handling quality control, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

Reach out to customers via phone calls, text messages, and emails to provide a personalized and supportive experience.Monitor and manage the quality of all sales processes within the direct sales channel to ensure accuracy and a high standard of service.Deliver a superior experience for all customers by addressing their needs, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services, helping them make informed decisions.Proactively ask for customer referrals to help grow our customer base.Assist with validating customer addresses to ensure service availability.Modify customer orders, handle installation changes, and follow up on missed installations to guarantee smooth service delivery.Work closely with sales representatives and other departments to ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and customer support experience; call center experience preferred.Outstanding telephone and customer service etiquette.Strong negotiation skills.Exemplary verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, and web browser software is a plus.Keyboard/typing skills of 30 WPM minimum.Ability to navigate through several applications simultaneously.A track record of working with telecommunications products is a plus.Must have a reliable home internet connection.Ability to work in a controlled, quiet environment at home.Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

 

 

 

Working Conditions

 

Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle/workspace area.
