The position’s responsibilities will include the following:

Price Provision, Account Coding, Tax, and Transaction Type testing and setupInvoice Maintenance and Payment setupLocation, Product, Cross Reference, and Strategy setup and all Reference DataMonitor Movement InterfacesMonitor daily and monthly close error reportsTroubleshoot system issuesFacilitate the monthly close process of the systemAssist with Audit informational requestsCreation and scheduling of RightAngle reports as well as ad hoc reporting requestsLiaison between RightAngle user and RightAngle Support Team

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.RightAngle, PowerBi, and Alteryx a plus.A minimum of 10 or more years of experience in the liquid hydrocarbons industry, having acquired a thorough understanding of how products are produced, transported, processed, fractionated, stored, marketed, and distributed enabling them to identify and resolve complex problems is preferred.High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel, and possess advanced skills with the OpenLink Right Angle trade management application or an equivalent system, having acquired a thorough understanding of how financial accounting information is generated, validated, and communicated within the organization is required.Excellent analytical skills with the desire and ability to work with and analyze large amounts of detailed information in an organized manner without supervision are required.Must be a self-motivated team-leader.
