The role is responsible for supporting the Director, Brand Marketing in operational tasks related to both paid media and integrated marketing.  This role will oversee the execution of digital and traditional media channels. The role will handle administrative and operational tasks related to running campaigns.

Responsibilities Work with the members of Brand and Media team in planning and executing media buys and campaigns that support private brand and co-marketing initiatives.Submit creative tickets for a variety of paid media channels including paid social, display, video, print, OOH, and audio Work with agency to provide creative assets and tracking links for paid social, display, and video campaignsPartner with creative team on asset requests to best optimize channel goals and performance Assist paid media and brand teams with reporting on relevant campaignsHelp put together monthly and quarterly campaign recaps to be shared out with internal stakeholdersUpdate and maintain marketing calendars with monthly campaign details to share out internally Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in marketing. Experience with planning and buying traditional and/or digital media a plusSelf starter willing to take on and learn new opportunities and channelsStrong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain and adhere to multiple deadlines depending on vendor needsStrong attention to detail Able to build relationships across team, department, and vendorsAble to work both individually and in a team settingProficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.)Experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager a plus
