Role Purpose/Business Unit:

 

To continuously transform business processes through intelligent automation, tracking and reporting on business benefits. 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Participate in opportunity assessment workshops to have an enhanced understanding of the Business Unit strategic imperatives. This includes, but not limited to documenting As-Is processes with the assistance of business subject matter experts. Identify opportunities for simplification/eradicate inefficiencies. Specialists are expected to identify pain points associated with the business process. Workshops for simplification or inefficiency eradication are then documented and sign-off by the business process owner. Highlight opportunities to implement intelligent automation and classify the business benefits linked to the identified initiatives. Sprint Execution: All the above expectations are to be executed using the laid out agile methodologies. The requirement is for the identified individuals to participate in agreed agile ceremonies to ensure that we deliver business value and unlock our spirit of experiment and learn fastThe ideal candidate for this role will have:

 

3 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Bcom degree or relevant other qualification Business post-grad diploma preferrable 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst 3 years RPA & Intelligent Automation proven experience


Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

Competence in Confluence & JiraAgile methodologies  Strong stakeholder engagement capabilitiesStrong capabilities to perform post-implementation reviews.
