The Specialist: HR Process Transformation will drive HR transformation across the Vodacom Africa footprint by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency through the simplification and digitization of core HR processes using appropriate tools and technologies, including Generative AI & RPA; in collaboration with the Vodafone Global Automation and Service Introduction teams (Employee Journeys). This role includes driving the Vodacom Group Process Transformation Community across Africa to ensure alignment and a consistent Excellent Employee Experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
HR Process Simplification and Digitisation
Analyse HR processes for simplification and automation opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the enhancements or changes to the processes.Monitor the effectiveness of transformed processes with stakeholders and continuously explore opportunities for further improvements.Provide insights on the impact of the transformed processes on EXX.

Qualification and experience:
Relevant 3 year Degree/Diploma (Human Resources/Information Technology)UI PathSharePoint OnlineMS PowerAppsARIS5+ years HR Process Improvement1 - 2 years in RPA/Automation experience will be advantageous
