University Human Resources UHR has an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to serve as a Classification and Compensation Specialist on the Classification and Compensation team which is a part of the UHR Talent Management team In partnership with the Assistant Director of Classification and Compensation UHR leaders and campus unit leaders the Classification and Compensation Specialist is responsible for providing guidance on the administration and implementation of staff classification and compensation programs practices and policies The incumbent will meet with HR Partners on a regular basis to develop strong relationships and influence campus regarding classification and compensation matters
