Your Key Responsibilities Responsible for independently driving all financials regarding the assigned production plant   Prepares and develops operating budgets and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyzes and reports variances   Monthly Reporting Budget vs. Actual – discussions with the Plant Management  Active participation in Plant Management meetings  Maintains effective internal controls to ensure protection of assets and an accurate reporting of financial position  Main contact for all financial related topics for the plant’s management structure  Track action plans to improve plant performance  Support with Legal entity tasks with plant related impacts (e.g. Accruals, warranty claims, IC billing of project cost, evaluation of other financial proceedings, etc.)  Your Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in either Accounting, Finance or Engineering  Minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar field with deep financial/business understanding Must be a creative hands-on individual who has excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills at the highest level of the organization Must have the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and maintain confidentiality Must possess very well-developed problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and has demonstrated the ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel (especially Word and Excel) Ability to travel as needed External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
