And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you. **Make a Difference** As a Specialist Court Filer you will file all documents related to application for emergency detention, and request for hearing documents to the appropriate county court within the required timeframes. Reviews all related filings for completeness and accuracy and serve as the coordinator for all Community Health Network areas submitting commitment related documents. You will also be responsible for tracking all documentation sent and received, as well as tracking the timing on legal holds while utilizing extensive spreadsheets. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Serve as a resource for departments related to completing detention/commit forms. + 2+ years: Two or more years’ experience in a clerical or legal office performing customer service, managing files and working within deadlines. + High School Diploma or GED (Required) + Ability to think critically and independently resolve problems + Ability to work under pressure + Detailed oriented/organized + Ability to collaborate + Ability to improve processes + Maintain confidentiality + Ability to perform PRIIDE values **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
