Job DescriptionYour tasks will include the following activities:
Provide advice to all business areas and levels of management on Criminal Law related topicsAdvise on the company's options for responding to Criminal Law related behaviourSteer the company’s whistleblowing system and case managementAdvise the investigating units on criminal law related mattersDevelop a strong worldwide network and support the Compliance Team and other functions in all regionsContinuously support the improvement of the Compliance Management System regarding Criminal LawSupport on compliance initiatives, e.g. regarding trainings, communication, integrity cultureFoster the continuous analysis of compliance risks with regard to Criminal Law, especially the monitoring of internal control mechanisms for the early detection of compliance concerns in coordination with other compliance relevant functionsSteer lessons-learned projectsActively contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of compliance policies, manuals, programs, and standardsActively contribute to the company’s approach regarding dawn raidsDevelop content for Criminal Law trainings and other preventative measures in coordination with other compliance functionsProvide trainings in the area of Criminal LawActively follow regulatory changes, best practices, and compliance trendsQualificationsAcademic degree in Law or comparable educationSeveral years of Professional experience in the field of Compliance/Criminal Law in an international company, law firm or auditing firmStrong MS Office skillsBusiness-fluent English and German skills (spoken and written)Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong team player mentalityIndependent working styleStrong intercultural competence
