We are seeking a talented individual to join our Knowledge Services team at Marsh . This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Specialist - Data Anlytics & Insight
We will count on you to:
Develop a strong understanding of the insurance broking business, systems in force and practice(s) that you are responsible forComplete the tasks assigned with a high level of quality and within allocated timeCommunicate progress to supervisors and highlight any escalations, on a timely basisSupport supervisors(s) in knowledge codification and transfer through effective documentationShare best practice knowledge with team membersPartner with managers to improve efficiency and qualityFollow up with managers/brokers/ practice data experts in case of ambiguities / questionsWhat you need to have:
Bachelor’s degreeAt least 2+ years experience in data capture in the financial services spaceHigh degree of comfort in capturing data from both structured (systems/files/tables etc.) and unstructured (documents) data sources on an everyday basisAttention to detail and holding yourself to high standards of accuracy and timelinessAdvanced Excel skills- proficient in using Excel formulae, pivot tables, selecting and creating charts in ExcelAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingWhy join our team:
