We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Specialist - Data Management role to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
We will count on you to:
Monitoring of Data Quality action plans together with the 4 countries of PAC Region and with the global MDS and Operations teams.
Perform data analysis to identify patterns, adherence to concepts, outliers and inconsistencies.
To build presentations for C-level stakeholders about data projects and data strategy
Communication of data results for regional and global leaders
Leadership of data stewards and other data quality teams in favor of continuous data improvement.
What you need to have:
At least 5 years of extensive experience in managing data with advanced skills in Continuous improvement / PDCA, Kayen, DMAIC, BPM, BPMN KPIs / OKRS experience
Intermediate Excel (ProcV, PivotTable, use of functions, knowing how to reverse engineering on Excel that others have built)
Project Management experience PMP / Waterfall project management
Agile project management / Scrum
Dashboard development (Tableau or Power BI or Qlik or competitor)
Organized and succinct communication for C-level
RASCI Experience or roles and responsibilities matrices
