Supports Wendy's through creative and well executed digital media production and live meeting, event and stream execution. Partners and collaborates with the Communications & Brand Communications teams to scope, produce, edit and distribute a wide range of media. Coordinates and provides AV support for major RSC meetings and Convention. Manages and mantains proper working order of AV for all Wendy’s RSC conference rooms.

Responsibilities Digital Media Content Creation: Works collaboratively with manager and cross-fucntional clients to assist in media (video, photos, powerpoint, graphics) creation. Operates video and still cameras, Avid edit systems, Adobe creative suite and other production hardware and software. Assists with live streams and creation of video assets post-stream. Develops, communicates and adheres to project budgets.Production Facility Operation & Asset Archival: Oversees the efficient operation and scheduling of video editing suites, control room, studio and media interview room facilities. Ensures operation and maintenance of the video and media archive and library asset systems. Contributes to management of online platforms for video, photography and digital asset management. Schedules equipment maintenance and repair. Makes recommendations for new purchases and approves and implements updated techniques.Production Workflow: Serves as a production assistant, managing an efficient, high quality media-production workflow to ensure the timely delivery of deadline-oriented materials. Adheres to efficient production practices to ensure the highest levels of organization, quality control and broadcast/stream technical standards and follows Wendy’s protocol.Meeting and Event Production Support: Provide technical support for internal and external meetings including set up and operation of video switching and playback, camera operation, staging, audio mixing, streaming and PowerPoint. Responsible for the hiring and supervision of AV production crew and vendors. Review budgets and invoices. Works in conjunction with Facilities to ensure effective and efficient meeting support.   Conference Room AV Support: Ensures working order for all audio-visual equipment in Wendy’s RSC conference rooms and point of contact for AV issues. Works in conjuction with AV support external vendors to schedule repairs. Helps RSC employees with AV to support meetings. Digital Signage: Ensures accurate, timely and high quality content for RSC digital signage and monitor walls. Works in conjunction with IT and Facilities to ensure hardware and software are in proper working order. Assists cross-functional clients with adding digital media to system.Convention Support: Assists manager with video production workflow for Convention. Owns the creation and implementation of the meeting app. Serves as a show assistant for production team. What we expect from you Education: Bachelors Degree

Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication or related field

Experience

3+ Years of video, meeting and event production experienceExperience with AV equipment and maintenanceExperience with production assistant workflows & process

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of video editing software and systems & Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to run various production equipment from cameras to audioAbility to work on a team with a variety of a cross-functional business partnersAnticipate and solve problemsArticulate, creative, highly organized and committed to excellenceAbility to maintain confidentiality

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors.  This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. *  The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
