This position performs the functions associated with preparing and managing the legal documents used in connection with the sale of timeshare projects along with preparing and filing timeshare registrations with the appropriate state regulatory agencies, researching, analyzing, and interpreting timeshare law, rules, and assisting with various legal matters in support of in-house counsel and the Registration team. 

• Assist with maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and reviewing regulations and other sources of information. • Assist with compiling information and documentation necessary to file timeshare registrations, amendments and renewals and support securitization offerings. • Maintain all charts for tracking filed timeshare related registrations (i.e. Sales Authorization Report, Critical Documents Charts, PA and POS update files for all Projects, etc.). • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Communicate written guidelines to various departments (i.e., Sales, Deeding and Document Services, Portfolio Services, etc.) regarding 1) the use of consumer faciling documents in order to comply with a timeshare property’s approved timeshare registration, 2) changes made to consumer faciling documents in order comply with changes in the law, and/or 3) changes made to documents to meet business needs and respond to questions. • Liason with third party vendors to prepare printed and/or electronic public offering statements, as applicable, for distribution by Sales to consumers at point of sale in compliance with the legal requirements of approved timeshare registrations.. • Liaison with local service providers (such as shiho shoshi), title companies, regulatory authorities (such as local recorder’s offices), internal deparments (i.e., Club, Portfolio Services, Deeding and Document Services, etc.) and outside counsel regarding consumer documents. • Work with various departments (i.e., Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, Tax, etc.) in the US, Canada, Japan, Korea, Mexico and St. Maarten to prepare, update and publish consumer documents related to the sale of timeshare including but not limited to purchase agreements, disclosure documents, lending documents, conveyance documents, legal descriptions, powers of attorney, tax documents, Club documents, etc..   • Prepare consumer documents for generation from the company’s Chorus system (or other system utilized by the company). • Liaison with fee for service developers, as applicable, on setup and trouble shooting programming issues related to sales related documents in Chorus. • Work with IT Department to resolve system issues and setup and programming of new projects and project documents. • Maintain Chorus system for Sales Authorization Report setup. • Maintain archive of all prior versions of Chorus system generated documents and a log of change requests for compliance.  • Assist in coordinating the translation of all consumer documents internally and externally as needed into Spanish, French and Japanese and maintenaning such translations (i.e., request estimate of cost to translate document(s), provide new document for translating or prepare a black line version of translations that need updating, process invoices, maintain translation log, announce translations to sales sites).  • Assist with owner communications and related translations and such other requests as needed from time to time. • Perform other related duties in support of HGV Legal as assigned. • Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now, • Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
