Job Description

The Commercial Product & Platform vision develops global technology products and platforms that delight our customers and enable our crews to operate our restaurants reliably and effectively.

In this role you will be responsible for resource planning, onboarding, reporting, including personnel, equipment, software, access, and materials, to ensure the successful completion of programs and initiatives within the Delivery Office. The Resource Allocation and Planning Specialist will work closely with the Delivery Office Chapter department heads, Chapter Leads, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement resource plans, track and report resource utilization, and identify opportunities for optimization. 

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Embrace an agile and collaborative approach, being open to shifting priorities and taking on diverse projects in the Engineering Enablement area.Work closely with teams in the Chapters and Engineering Enablement to understand their resource needs, identify areas to support incoming resources.Monitor resource demand across the Delivery Office and identify opportunities for onboarding optimization and cost savings with the Chapters.Identify and prioritize constraints and work with key stakeholders to develop solutions to mitigate those constraintsDevelop and maintain tracking tools and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date resource, software, and access dataProvide regular reports and updates on resource utilization, availability, allocation, reconciliation, and chargebacks, to key stakeholders, including leadershipEvaluate the effectiveness of resource planning processes and recommend improvements as neededEnsure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to resource allocation and planning

The expected salary range for this role is 65820 - 82280 / per year
