Overview:
Responsible for accurate and timely creation of customer files using our in-house system, this is a critical role in support of our client operation as it drives workflow, billing, service delivery, and financial drivers for Cartus.
Creating customer profiles in support of relocation requests from our clients. Manage updates to customer files and resolutions. Using internal tools to make appropriate decisions to drive client, contract, division, currency, move type, policy, products etc. Liaising with internal departments (voice) and via TEAMs and Outlook to ensure files are created correctly to customer and Cartus standards.
This role will be expected to work shift equivalent to US EST Business hours & be able to work on Night Shifts - e.g. 7 pm to 4 am (Fixed, Not rotational).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely creation of customer files Understand key financial controls, customer contract and policy setup to support the correct file creation Identify and resolve issues where file creation information is missing, impacting the ability to make key operational decisions Manage and escalate authorizations for US Sanctioned countries Manage and process update requests to customer files Identification and communication of potential gaps in coding matrices to leadership Assist with new system roll outs and testing Assists with data integrity reports and projects Perform OFAC checks on customers when required Support training of new team members Other projects and tasks as required by management in support of continued process improvementRequired Qualifications, Experience and Behaviours;
Graduate with 2-4 years’ work experience in a customer experience or business operations role Back-office experience with excellent oral/written communication skills Prior relocation industry experience would be an advantage Customer service mindset with demonstrated ability to take initiative, move with speed, plan for the unexpected, overcome barriers, and be resilient Excellent comprehension & compositions skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately and compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word,) with strong data input skills Ability to process high volumes of confidential data with excellent accuracy whilst ensuring productivity goals are met/exceeded Strong analytical skills to identify conflicting information across multiple documents Perform with uncompromising standards of excellence, ethics, and accountability Able to collaborate in a team environment with shared goals and responsibilitiesApplicant Skills Assessment
