We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our digital tools and solutions across the organization.

What you will do:

Strategic Leadership and Execution:

Develop and implement high-impact, organization-wide strategies to elevate digital dexterity, with a focus on leveraging Microsoft tools and services to drive business outcomes.

Lead and oversee significant process improvements, optimizing the use of laptops, cellphones, packaging, desktop installations, and telephony systems to enhance operational efficiency.

User Experience and Training:

Conduct in-depth analysis of user feedback and digital interaction patterns at all organizational levels, to identify and address critical areas for improvement.

Innovate and implement strategies to enhance user experience and eliminate digital friction, positioning the organization as a leader in digital efficiency

Strategic Communication and Engagement:

Strategically promote the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft collaboration services, ensuring their impactful integration into organizational communication channels.

Advanced Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate closely with senior IT, business leaders, and cross-functional departments to align digital dexterity initiatives with overarching organizational goals.

Performance Monitoring and Executive Reporting:

Establish and oversee robust metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital dexterity initiatives, providing clear and actionable insights.

Who you are:

College or University degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent

Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in an IT strategic business environment

Strong IT background, specifically around Information and Productivity suites.

Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Well-developed expertise in systems architecture, business planning, process analysis, systems analysis, technical analysis, project management, systems implementation and operations.

Previous experience leading teams and providing supervision.

Experience maintaining vendor relationships and reviewing/procuring vendor contracts.

Previous management experience in the development and implementation of IT Service Management functions.

IT-related certifications a plus – examples include Microsoft, Cisco and related certifications
