The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $139,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
As the Launch & SNKRS Platform Operations Specialist II, the candidate will support the SNKRS team in North America to ensure delivery of the best possible Launch experience for the consumer. The SNKRS Launch & Platform team sits within Digital Commerce and is responsible for driving holistic cross-functional outcomes inclusive of commerce, engagement, and consumer sentiment. This role reports into the Sr. Director of Launch & SNKRS Platform NA and will engage with a wide variety of functional partners across North America and Global.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
The ideal candidate is passionate about sneaker culture, deeply understanding of consumer needs, always curious about the why and how, and highly detail-oriented.
+ Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon or Remote
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
+ A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience in business, growth, project management, or other related fields.
+ Strong communication skills to help manage different stakeholders across multiple high priority projects.
+ Demonstrated experience in separating signal from noise through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
+ Proactivity to see around the corners and a bias for action-taking to mitigate unforeseen risks.
+ A growth-oriented mindset and willingness to take on ad hoc projects to ensure we deliver consumer, business, and brand outcomes.
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
You will be a critical player in bringing the SNKRS experience to consumers each and every day by helping ensure cross-functional process and project milestones are consistently met. Core responsibilities include:
+ Owning and running the process that we center the offense around.
+ Ensuring team workstreams are on-track and result in successful outcomes.
+ Helping refine our team operating model and ways of working to drive greater impact.
+ Facilitating cross-functional communication and information sharing to bring everyone along.
+ Executing on business initiatives and support brand executions as needed.
+ Supercharging our productivity through tools such as Tableau ,Miro, and Airtable.
