Job Description
The Learning Management System Specialist II is accountable for administrating Development's Learning
Management System (LMS) and working with stakeholders to ensure assignment of training curriculum,
reconciliation of late training events, support of audits and inspections, and supporting change control of
training documentations and system releases.
+ Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to create, revise, and maintain training curriculum in the Learning Management System (LMS)
+ Lead project activities such as LMS processes, planning and implementation, metrics development and interpretation, compliance assessment and system updates. Design and develop business process modeling for Development & quality documents. Maintain system standards to ensure consistency and seamless experience for the end user.
+ Accountable for monitoring training completion by generating compliance reports and communicating to the learner and manager. Responsible for working with functional management to reconcile training events completed after the assigned due date.
+ Responsible for the creation and maintenance of LMS help desk resolutions. Authoring and maintaining knowledge articles and conducts training sessions for help desk associates as needed.
+ Establish and lead the process for providing training qualification documentation for audits/inspections.
+ Drive the actions to address findings related to training responsibilities.
+ Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate compliance and effective use of the LMS.
+ Drive the periodic review of compliance training plans to ensure assignments are accurate and meet regulatory requirements.
+ Responsible for creating and maintaining LMS processes and training material based on current processes and version of the LMS. Train administrators on the processes.
+ Establish and execute the process for working with the Document Center to investigate and resolve document issues that impact the LMS through the quality document management system integration.
+ Accountable for the review of new and revised issued documents and assess impact to the organization by working with functional leadership.
+ Responsible for processing the change control documentation within the quality documentation management system and ensuring the LMS is up to date upon approval.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree (or ex-US equivalent degree) is desired, preferably in a training/education or system management field (minimum of 4+ years significant relative experience without a degree).
+ Desired to have 3+ years of experience preferably in Learning Management. Experience inPharma or other highly regulated industries desired.
+ Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking skills.
+ Possesses good communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities and problem solving skills.
+ Familiarity with systems operations and excellent planning, organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects, both working independently and within a team.
+ This position will report into a Manager level and will have no direct reports.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

+ This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Salary: $80,500 - $153,000
