BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing acquisition programs, retention programs, corporate affinity programs, and miscellaneous marketing communications, as well as provide administrative project support. This position will work closely with marketing team, vendors, and other departments to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years applicable experience is required Must be able to demonstrate the following: Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, vendors, and partners. Ability to execute multiple high-priority activities within strict deadlines and budgets. Ability to think systematically and proactively. Must have proven success in participating with cross-functional teams Ability to identify opportunities and lead change for operational efficiencies based on findings. Strong working knowledge of Excel. Must be able to develop and maintain tracking spreadsheets as well as basic marketing reports. Must be able to work independently, yet able to operate effectively as a team player. Must be self-motivated. Ability to coordinate all aspects of print production, including vendor management, obtaining estimates, managing budget and overseeing printing process. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
