Specialist Intern Program Management

What you will do

Design, implement, and continuously improve the structure and objectives of the internship program to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.Manage a large cohort of interns (approximately 200 annually), ensuring a structured and meaningful experience that promotes learning, engagement, and professional development.Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure program success, retention, and intern satisfaction.Coordinate with Talent acquisition team in recruitment campaigns in collaboration with campus recruitment teams and academic institutions to attract top talent.Oversee the selection process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, to ensure a high-caliber intern cohort & develop and lead onboarding sessions to integrate interns into the company culture and introduce them to company policies, expectations, and resources.Conduct regular check-ins with interns and their mentors or managers to provide support, address concerns, and ensure smooth progress.Develop evaluation tools and conduct midterm and final performance assessments to track intern achievements and areas for improvement & support during full time conversation of PGETs

What you need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.1-2 years experience in HR or employee training (preferred but not mandatory).Familiarity with HRIS systems and training software is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
