Summary:
The Position will be primarily responsible for Managing IBM FileNet Enterprise Manager Suite. This includes, Navigator, Content services, Process services, Records Manager, and IBM Content Collector for email. In Addition, programming support for integrated applications using the FileNet SDK.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for system programming and system administrator roles for IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager for multiple departments within the company.
IBM FileNet P8 administration and programming includes, content engine, process engine, application engine, Workplace, WorkplaceXT, Content Navigator, ICC for email and ICC for SAP.
Use IBM FileNet P8 programming for Content Navigator and Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine, ICC for email, ICC SAP, Records Manager.
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. Responsible for Computer System Analyst activities, including upgrades and application integration with IBM FileNet and other 3rd party applications like GIS.
Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
Assist with system designs and requirements for application development or modifications.
Coordinate with other IT Operations teams, such as Security, Servers, LAN Operations, Help Desk, and Data Base Support to ensure overall success.
Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or the foreign equivalent
IBM FileNet P8 programming for Content Navigator and Content Engine.
IBM FileNet P8 Administration for Content Engine, Application engine, Process Engine, ICC for email, ICC SAP, Records Manager.
Activities include upgrades and application integration with IBM FileNet and other 3rd party applications like GIS.

The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience Preferred Qualifications: IBM FileNet Administrator/Programmer Working Conditions:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
