Configure and maintain the Workday system, specifically the Recruiting and Compensation modules, to meet the organization's requirements and best practices.Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.Design and implement recruiting and compensation processes, workflows, and rules within the Workday system.Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the Recruiting and Compensation modules.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, working closely with end-users to resolve problems and provide guidance on system usage.Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and recommending enhancements or changes as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Recruiting and Compensation modules with other HR systems and processes.Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR data.Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, assisting with testing, documentation, and change management activities.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE::
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Analyst, with a focus on the Recruiting and Compensation modules.Strong knowledge and understanding of Workday functionality, business process framework, configuration, calculated fields, and best practices.Experience with system implementation, configuration, and support, preferably in a large-scale organization.Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics, including the ability to create and customize reports and dashboards.WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person
The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,000 to $122,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
