GENERAL FUNCTION
The E-Commerce Calendar Specialist will be supporting the marketing initiatives of the Optical ecommerce business for our Retail North American Brands. The candidate will manage day-to-day activities while also supporting strategic projects to expand the business. The role will also have a focus on collaborating with the marketing specialist, retail marketing, category and brand teams in North America as well as the content hub and product teams in Milan.
The Calendar Specialist will support marketing and promotional initiatives for Lenscrafters and Target Optical brands in North America. This role will be critical in supporting the coordination and communication of all calendar activities working on both cross-functional and cross-category initiatives that support the continued growth and expansion of the online channel.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar Management:
Assist in updating a comprehensive marketing calendar outlining key campaigns, events, promotions and content updates Support with tracking and ensuring timely execution of all calendar activities Work closely with content creators, designers and other team members to align efforts with the calendarCampaign Execution:
Utilize content brief to ensure campaigns are executed according to business objectives and goals Collaborate with teams to ensure that all content produced is in the correct brand tone of voice and is on schedule Collect and incorporate feedback from various departments to optimize campaigns Verify that all scheduled content aligns with the approved creative by testing both in stage and production for all regions and on all devices Coordinate with teams to correct any content or promo related issues found on the siteReporting:
Generate ContentSquare zonings for monthly campaigns and review results with the NA business team Work under the guidance of the marketing specialist to track the effectiveness of campaign and promotions using Adobe Analytics and ContentSquareCross-Functional Collaboration:
Organize and manage files, reports and other documentation for easy access Support the team with business case creation by pulling relevant dataDevelopment & Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior Take on additional responsibilities as needed such as testing roadmap projects and creating presentations Adapt to evolving team priorities and contribute to various tasks as assigned or participating in brainstorming sessions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field 1+ years experience in eCommerce and/or web site management including working with Markeplaces. Experience in project management Ability to support cross-functional teams engaged in supporting the direct online channel, including sales, marketing, customer support, IT, product and engineering Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and work independentlyPay Range: 64,368.00 - 90,993.20
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
