Specialist Patient Relation

Manages the complaints and grievances process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Coordinates and acts as a coverage for Patient Representatives, manages BTB (benefit time bank) requests and payroll. Ensures compliance with State Department of Health regulations and hospital policies. Acts as a point of contact for escalating any issues or concerns directly to the managerial team, facilitating swift resolution and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree preferred4-5 years of previous work-related experience. Requires analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement, attention to detail and problem resolution. Exemplary writing skills required. Ability to clearly and concisely translate complex medical information into layman’s terms. Must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
