We have large programs with unique financing and revenue recognition considerations in which L3Harris is acquiring aircraft and performing complex high-tech missions. Responsibilities: + Proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with minimal supervision + Identify and implement process improvement + Maintain high attention to detail + Support the updates and maintenance of the EACs and Profitability Assessments in conjunction with Program Management + Ensuring adherence to all procedures within Finance and Accounting policies + Forecast project financials, including Cost of Sales, Revenue, Operating Income and Cash + Actionable financial analysis + Track program expenditures to enable timely decision making and ensuring financial compliance + Cross functional collaboration, business partner to program management, and mentor to early career finance staff. + Take ownership for financial controls and gaining exposure to all aspects of the organization to understand the mission and how to best add value to the team. + Ability to concisely communicate complex scenarios to an often-unfamiliar audience is a key attribute. + Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
