The CN Spain team is currently looking to fill a permanent Specialist, Programmatic Accounts position. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Programmatic Accounts position and play a hands-on role in executing and optimizing our programmatic advertising campaigns. This role will work closely with Campaign Management, DMS and the Ad Sales departments to support and enhance sales performance, ensuring our programmatic offerings meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the local Ad Sales department to understand client needs and provide programmatic solutions that align with the objectives
Collaborate with internal and external partners on RFP strategy and responses.
Work with local SSPs and other platforms to activate and follow campaigns (GAM, Magnite, Teads, Ogury, Adomik..)
Act as a technical point of contact for agency partners to resolve issues and optimize campaigns
Ensuring campaign pacing is monitored consistently in order to ensure budgets are spent accordingly without under/over-delivery.
Partner with the Global Programmatic Account Management team on best practices and day to day reporting & opportunities.
Update monthly programmatic dashboard
Monitor and analyse performance to provide recommendations on approaches to drive improvement
Be in touch with media agencies and identify upsell opportunities with trading desk agencies.
Keep abreast of market trends and developments
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital advertising sales and/or agency trading desk/programmatic planning/strategy.
Strong knowledge on the ad tech ecosystem. Experience with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, verification partners, white lists, PMPs, and related ad tech preferred
Understanding of trafficking & optimization platforms
Experience within an agency or publisher organization preferred.
Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable items.
Capability to work autonomously or as part of a team, seamlessly
Ability to work with campaign data and reporting tools to track performance.
Strong attention to detail when managing campaigns, budgets, and reporting.
Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
