Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** Collect and analyze data to ensure the department functions according to defined practice standards and regulatory requirements. + Analyze facility performance for all sites, image quality, incident report trends and denials. + Audit departmental records to monitor the validity of physician orders and accuracy of coding. Maintain and update current charges related to charge master. + Analyze turnaround times for reporting and report quality. Implement quality control policies. + Evaluate compliance with rules and regulations. + Develop and monitor a quality assurance/quality control program, and works with colleagues to set standard of quality in patient care techniques, procedures and protocols. + Assess trended data and identify opportunities for improvement through collaboration with the Quality and Medical Staff Department. + Ensure the department is in compliance with all regulations and department policies and procedures. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + One or more of the following required: + Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). + Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP) credentialed from the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Registered Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
