Job Description:

Job Summary: The Sr. Associate Application Development role is responsible for the development and maintenance of both new and existing applications. The position involves coding, programming, documentation, testing, and debugging.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain applications using programming languages and technologies.

· Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements or new products.

· Interact with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.

Qualification

· Preferred bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.

· Typically requires 3+ years of experience in software development.

· Proficiency in Java, Spring boot (Rest, MVS, Security), Spring Integration, Kubernetes, MySQL Server, Couchbase.

Experience:

· Over 3 years of experience in developing cloud-native applications using Java/spring boot.

· Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

· Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments.

· Solid hands-on technical experience in Java, spring boot, and cloud deployment.

· Conceptual knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Couchbase, bitbucket, Kafka, Postman, Jenkins.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to stretch working hours when necessary and work independently to drive issues to closure.

· Effective handling of multiple and complex work assignments, consistently delivering high-quality work.

· Perform application analysis and propose technical solutions for enhancements.

· Create necessary documentation for all project deliverable phases.

· Handle production issues during the warranty period, ensuring SLAs are met.
