ITO provides infrastructure monitoring services and application support on three foundational technical disciplines: Mainframe, Distributed (Server) and Network Support.  We provide production infrastructure services and application support across the firm from the Command Centers located in Phoenix, Arizona, Austin and Westlake, Texas and Omaha, Nebraska.  ITO is available 7 days week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year support, constantly monitoring and ensuring the health and availability of Schwab’s technical infrastructure, which supports:

What you have Management of MoogSoft queues, acknowledging of situations within service level.Management of ITO Incident queues, updating and working tickets toward resolution.Management of ITO Change queues (tasks), performing change implementation based on Change Management expectations.Identify technical knowledge gaps/skills and publish new/updated knowledge documentation in SmartIT KBA.Identify operational procedure gaps/skill and publish new/updated ITO procedure documentation in Confluence page.1-2 years of Schwab domain technology experience as a current or recent contractor or empl

 

Closely monitor availability dashboards and Techline events.Post Alerts/Situation details received on the Techline chat that are related to the active issue.Respond to issues received from ITO phone escalations via ITO Hotline or from business teams messaging channels (MS Teams). Advocate for business client facing teams on issues requiring support team awareness.Collaborate with ITO Project Lead on process improvement work resulting in improved ITO operations.Provide feedback on procedural gaps and automation opportunities.Complete fundamental tasks such as training assignments, timesheets, and other responsibilities with exceptional quality and in a timely manner, without the need for reminders.
