Schedule: 4:00pm to 5:30am (3 days per week). Position requires weekend rotations, holiday rotations, weekend on-call rotations, and flexing hours as department needs to fill staffing gaps. Will work remotely, but will be expected to commute to Indianapolis, IN at least twice a year for team meetings as needed. This role supports a call center and attention to detail is key. Will provide administrative support to nursing leaders. Jabber experience is helpful as that is used in the call center.
Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system. Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC. Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule. Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.
• High School Diploma/GED. Associates Degree preferred.
• Requires flexibility in scheduling due to 24/7 responsibilities (includes weekends/holidays).
• Requires ability to function in a team oriented environment.
• Requires ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience with handling confidential information.
• Preferred 1-2 years in customer service industry.
• Preferred Kronos experience (timekeeping and scheduler).
