Key Responsibilities:-

Coordination with Architecture and MEP departments & external consultants to meet project requirement.  Co-ordination from conception stage to final design stage Reviews of analysis, design, drawing and detailing of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Shear Walls, Retaining walls, Isolated, Strip, Raft, Pile and Piled-raft foundations etc. Review of preliminary and final design report (including BOQ and specifications). Review of analysis models (Etabs,  SAFE & Staad-Pro). Should have experience of modelling in these software’s. Review the structural design and drawings wrt codal compliant. (Must have knowledge of all relevant IS-Codes, as well as British & American codes). Review of all shop drawings. Design/Review of all ancillary structures for enabling work at project site. Supervising the process from the conceptual development stage through final construction.  Scheduling & coordinating all design processes. Coordinating with all internal and external stake holders to finalize the design deliverables. Coordinating with project team to close RFI’s Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective design concept for the project. Ensuring the completion of design within the time & effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures. Reviewing detailed design of RCC, Composite, PT and steel structures. Revieing of cost at every stage of the project to ensuring the budget adherence.

Qualification:-

MS in Structural Engineering, BE in Civil Engineering

Experience:-

Total Experience - 10 to 12 years of experience in structural design engineering within the real estate industry.
