Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities
As a driving force for sustainable procurement at Bosch, you will take on exciting challenges such as:
Sustainability and ESG in Procurement: Implement key regulations, including the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).Strategy Development: Design and implement a sustainability strategy, complete with roadmaps and KPIs, focusing on carbon accounting (e.g., Scope 3 emissions).Digital Transformation: Enhance ESG IT system landscapes (expertise in Jaegger/Ivalua APIs is a plus) and support data-driven decision-making.Supplier Risk Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors.Training and Reporting: Develop training sessions for internal and external stakeholders and support the preparation of compliance reports.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone who brings passion and expertise in sustainability and procurement:
A degree in natural, commercial, technical, or social sciences (or equivalent qualification).Professional experience in sustainability, procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.Enthusiasm for regulatory tasks (e.g., legal compliance, reporting).Strong analytical and proactive thinking, with a structured and solution-oriented working style.Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, and Ivalua/Jaegger APIs for data analytics.Language: Fluent business English.Additional InformationWhy Join Us?
