What this job involves:

Duties & responsibilities

Responsible for evaluating business processes and requirements to create content and deliver training.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.Identify and address training gaps and close them out by creating relevant reference materials - Quick Reference Guides, Training Modules, etc.Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.Conduct New Joiner Courses and Refresher Courses.Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of all training content.Manage and update all training content.Develop a monitoring system to ensure that employees attend training sessions in accordance to their job responsibilities.Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Corrigo Platform Team and the Accounts Team.Provide guidance on service delivery processes.Participate in professional and personal development programs.
