This position is responsible for the cross functional management of product data, vendor onboarding and management and master data, for both stores and ecommerce channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Serve as cross functional merchandizing lead for Master Data Management relative to Vendor Control and Merchandise Control, for both stores and online merchants Works with Merchants for Stores and Ecommerce to help execute all merchandising processes, such as data pertaining to line reviews. For example: SKU maintenance, retail and cost changes, vendor maintenance, vendor master data, sourcing and coding SKUs, loading new SKUs onto the website, and pricing related to the website. Complete new vendor and new article set up and SKU modification for stores and ecommerce. Support vendor communication and data collection associated with the Manager’s Meeting and Partnership Conference Serve as the primary contact and distributor of merchandising inquiries for store communications Assist Omni Channel Merchant in site maintenance, product creation and operations. Main point of contact for PIM. Manage coordination on product information with Petsense and TSC Merchants. (Vendor Data) Perform light data analytics to support the merchant team in making informed decisions on product assortment, pricing, and promotionsRequired Qualifications
Experience: 2 - 4 years experience; retail experience preferred
Education: Knowledge ordinarily acquired through attainment of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
