Specialized Fiduciary Administrator II, Estate Settlement Services -


This job is responsible for providing administrative support to Estate Settlement Officers, conducting routine administrative duties, such as performing account maintenance, processing transactions, file retrieval, optical imaging, filing, ordering supplies, making and answering telephone calls, writing routine letters/emails and other tasks as required to administer accounts and service client needs. Job expectations may include leading or participating in projects, preparing reports and conducting research, and acting as a point of contact for clients and internal/external partners.

Responsibilities:

Manages all administrative and office management duties, such as conducting account maintenance and preparing letters, monitoring and preparing reports, and ordering office supplies such as equipmentOversees and provides guidance on day-to-day activities of the teamOversees incoming and outgoing mail, while managing and overseeing a centralized mailbox for accountsAddresses client issues and concerns in partnership with the Specialized Fiduciary Officers, while adhering to the bank's policies and proceduresMarshalling assets from various financial institutionsAsset set up and managementActs as a vault custodian
