Specialty Agent

The Specialty Agent has an expert level of knowledge of IAA operations and a high level of customer service skills. The agent can operate with minimal supervision and can act as a team lead for office staff in absence of any other branch management present. The agent assists with new hire employee training also plays an active role in assisting supervisor with individual projects, reports, and problem resolution.

1-3 years of related industry with focus on commercial and special line vehicles. Professional office work environment Apply knowledge of the organization, product services, and policies to provide a variety of customer service support through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact. Oversee and follow up with all IAA branches to ensure requested customer services are completed. Resolve escalated and challenging buyer and customer questions, complaints, and requests for all IAA branches. Generate standard reports and design new reports as requested. Conduct research and provide necessary information for purchasing decisions, including finding resolution on more complex and multi-faceted issues. Oversee sales of commercial and special lines vehicles and monitor the bidding process to ensure that all auctions are conducted in an ethical manner. Oversee and assist target customer groups service needs and requirements. Review and coordinate storage and cost for handling commercial and special lines vehicles at all IAA branches and remote locations post-sale. Monitor buyer payment, release and pick up process to ensure IAA required timelines are met. Perform other duties as assigned
