Specialty Business Support Specialist

The Specialty Business Support Specialist will handle, research, resolve, and settle all issues for our specialty lines of business including but not limited to Paper Source Wholesale and papersource.com.• Handle all direct and indirect communication with customers for Paper Source Wholesale and papersource.com.
• Review, validate and set up new Wholesale accounts for qualifying customers.
• Process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and verifying order details including pricing, promotions, and product availability.
• Monitor order progress and collaborate with the appropriate departments to confirm product details and ensure a smooth order process and a timely order fulfillment.
• Research and resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain knowledge of current procedures and processes.
• Escalate issues as needed.
• Handle special projects and be cross trained to support other areas of the contact center as required by business needs.
• Additional job duties or responsibilities may be assigned.• Strong data entry, research, written and verbal communication skills.
• Results driven and detail oriented.
• Problem solving and resolution skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• May require overtime, and/or weekend/Holiday work.
• 1+ years Customer Service experience.
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.Customer Service & Support
