As a Specialty Chef, you are responsible for contributing to menu creation and taking a leadership role in the kitchen to deliver an excellent experience for both guests and team members. You will also be required to manage food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nTake a leadership role in the assigned outlet or specialty area.\nContribute to menu creation, bringing your expertise in your specialty.\nEnsure consistency in the quality of dishes at all times.\nEnsure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures.\nRequisition food needed for the preparation of all meals within your specialty.\nEnsure resources meet business needs through effective management of working rotas.\nSupport brand standards through the training and assessment of your team.\nManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.\nManage the kitchen effectively, ensuring a well-organized and motivated team.\nBe aware of activities in other departments and their implications to optimize resources and processes.\n
