**Overview** As our Specialty Clinical Educator RN at CHI St. Vincent North, you will help neurosurgery program staff and floor nurses deliver top-quality patient care by providing innovative education, coaching, and process improvement strategies. Your expertise will directly enhance the outcomes for neurosurgery patients and elevate the skills of our healthcare teams. Every day you will assess educational needs, design and deliver training programs, and collaborate with staff to ensure best practices in neurosurgery care. You will be expected to evaluate and adjust educational initiatives, facilitate group learning, and document project outcomes effectively. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, along with substantial neurosurgery experience and a passion for adult education. **CHI St. Vincent North** is a 69 bed non-profit facility providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around Sherwood, Arkansas.
