Specialty Cook, Trader Vic's - Hilton Atlanta and Towers

The Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Specialty Cook to join their culinary team at Trader Vic's! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hot Line Cook experience (including sauté station). Seeking someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, has a positive attitude and is a great team player. This position will be primarily supporting Trader Vic's. This position will also support other outlets when needed. Prior wok and Asian fusion experience is a plus.

Shift Pattern: PM shift that varies between the hours of 1pm and 11:30pm. Full availability is required including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

\n

Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line. Has knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line. Responsible for maintaining quality of food prepared on the line. Creates appealing plate designs and maintains the quality of presentation for all food items.
