Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $116,500.00 - $139,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to lead teams to identify and execute strategies enabling Specialty Healthcare to coordinate and execute selling processes with the best tools, content, training, knowledge, and processes to create a large ROI for investment in products and solutions across a matrix managed sales team.

Essential Functions

Lead strategic conversations to understand operations and goals

Develop and maintain strategic alignment with business development partners to pursue mutual goals

Build and maintain effective relationships with leadership teams to support effective interactions and drive goal attainment

Provide thought leadership between the client’s business strategies and Commerce’s core solutions

Motivates teams on large engagements to produce superior deliverables while creating an open and collaborative environment for all levels, with a will to win attitude

Recommend receivables solutions in alignment with customer needs and goals, demonstrating fit and value

Support relationship team as a trusted healthcare industry expert advisor and consultant

Deliver healthcare value proposition for creating process efficiencies, improving revenue cycle metrics, and increasing profitability in a consistent manner to each customer and prospect

Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of the intended customer experience

Communicate functionality, utility, and benefits of Commerce solutions to internal stakeholders

Closely partner with the Director of Specialty Healthcare in areas such as communications, business line awareness, training, escalations, and feedback on performance items

Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Advanced understanding and application of a comprehensive revenue cycle solution set.

Advanced understanding of banks current and prospective solution set, and position in the marketplace

Ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for structured problem solving and quantitative skills, and lead team to be effective and efficient with technical capabilities

Strong presentation skills

Ability to work with various levels of management both internally and externally

Ability to have challenging conversations effectively and professionally

Ability to travel 25% to 50%

Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Commerce Bank’s driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements

Motivated and organized initiative-taker with strong mindfulness and ability to manage multiple priorities

Inquisitive, agile, positive outlook and strong collaborator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and core values

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS, and Outlook

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

7+ years revenue cycle or healthcare banking experience required

5+ years consulting, project management, installed client relationships or equivalent combination of experience required

**Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $116,500 to $139,000 annually. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
